These Terms & Conditions apply to all private consumers when you as an individual person make a purchase on www.aytmdesign.com
("Website" or "Webshop"). When you are making a purchase on the Website you enter an agreement between you as an individual and AYTM (owned by Gran Living ApS).

1. Conclusion of agreement
Purchase agreements are contracted in Danish, English, French or German and are legally binding when you receive your order confirmation.
Steps to follow in conclusion of agreement:
On our webshop you collect the wanted goods in the cart by clicking ‘ADD TO CART’ (You can find this button on the product page if the product is in stock). When finishing collecting the goods you wish to purchase, click ‘GO TO CART’ (you will find this button on the cart icon on the top right of the page). By clicking the icon, you will enter the cart page with a full review on your goods including all information of both product prices and shipping. On the page you can change the quantity of goods if needed, enter your billing and shipping address and see the opportunities for shipping and payment.
Before you can complete your purchase, you have to check the ‘I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONTIDIONS’ box to access check-out/payment window. We recommend you to read our terms and conditions. When clicking ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’ you will be sent to a secure payment gateway where you can choose your payment and insert your card information. After payment you will be redirected to our success page where you can review your receipt. Shortly after, you will receive the order confirmation on the e-mail address you provided us.
Your order confirmation is solely a documentation for us receiving your order and the purchase agreement is finalized in the handling of your order from our end. We keep the receipts and order confirmations to efficiently administrate your order (cf. our Privacy & Cookies). You will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail from the respective carrier when your package has been picked up from our warehouse and is on the way to you.
2. Payment & Prices
We accept credit card payment with Visa, Visa/Danmark and MasterCard for all customers. Danish customers will also have the opportunity to pay with MobilePay.
When you shop at AYTM, your card information is processed in a secure electronic payment solution for Visa, Visa/Dankort and MasterCard (Worldline). All card information is handled in accordance with the rules of the card organization.
When you pay, you accept that the amount will be reserved on your card. The amount will not be charged until we have shipped your order.
Prices on our webshop is either shown in Euros or DKK. Prices displayed include 25% VAT. Our product prices are not including delivery – see delivery charges in point 3. Delivery.
We deliver with free shipping* on all orders from 550 EUR and above. Orders below 550 EUR will have a shipping fee of 7 EUR. We deliver with GLS home delivery as a standard shipping method.
*The free shipping limit does not apply to products that must be delivered on pallet.
We point out that some items can only be sent on pallets due to risk of breakage. Orders delivered on pallet will be shipped with the transporter Schenker and can only be delivered as home delivery to the curb. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. On the product page of each item, it will be indicated whether the item requires pallet delivery or not. When adding product(s) that require pallet delivery in your shopping cart, a shipping fee for pallet delivery is shown when entering your cart.
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after receiving the order. Orders received after 12.00 will be packed and shipped the following weekday. The estimated delivery time is
- Denmark: 1-3 working days
- Germany: 2-5 working days
- Holland: 2-5 working days
- Sweden: 2-5 working days
- Other countries: 3-10 working days
NOTE: During periods of peak load such as seasonal sales, public holidays, Christmas etc. longer delivery times may occur. You will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail when your package has been sent from our warehouse.
We deliver to the following countries
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
To properly assist you, please check if your package is damaged upon receipt. If this is the case, we ask you to accept the package with reservations. If the contents of your package are damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Order no.
- Item no. and quantity
- Damage on package upon receipt (Yes/No)
- Description and pictures of the damage(s)
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item(s). If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day. It is not possible to cancel a purchase by refusing delivery.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the entire purchase is returned. However, we offer the possibility to return your purchase partially if you wish to keep an item and return the other item(s).
The procedure and terms are the same as when cancelling the entire order – however, with partial withdrawal the freight charges will not be reimbursed.

at the latest 14 days after you have notified us of your return. The deadline time is kept if you return the items before 14 days of expiry. You are responsible for the return of your items being delivered to our warehouse. We recommend using Track & Trace, so that you can always follow your package.
You carry the risk of the item from the time of receipt. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly and that the item is returned in the same condition as upon receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
You are entitled to open and check the item(s), but if the packaging is missing or damaged, it is considered an impairment, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price, corresponding to the impairment, when reimbursing.
Postage as well as other expenses related to your return (such as secure packaging) must be paid by you, the customer.
Items such as e.g., furniture, that requires pallet shipping or special transportation cannot be returned by regular mail. On the product page of each item, it will be indicated whether the item is delivered by pallet or not. If you need to return an item that requires pallet shipping or special transportation, we recommend that you contact a carrier for specific costs and assistance in returning the item(s) to our warehouse.
Remember to fill out and send your Return note that was attached to your order confirmation before sending your return back to us.
- Your return order must be delivered ‘door to door’ to our warehouse.
- Returns delivered to parcel shops cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.
- In case of return packages end up at the post office, they will not be picked up and will therefore be returned to sender.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal on your entire purchase, we reimburse the full purchase price including standard delivery charges, if any. However, this does not apply if you
- want to return only part of your order, here we do not reimburse delivery charges
- have chosen a more expensive form of shipping method than our standard delivery method, we will not reimburse the extra costs associated with the more expensive form of delivery
The amount is refunded to the payment card that was used at the time of the purchase. We reimburse the purchase price without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from receiving your notice. However, we have the right to withhold the purchase amount until we have received the item(s), or until you have submitted documentation that the item has been sent back or delivered to us.
If you receive an item with defects or deficiencies (a defect or manufacturing defect), the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods apply. AYTM must receive your complaint within 30 days from the time of receipt. It is not possible to send warranty complaints if it has been more than 24 months since you received the item.
To notice us about your claim, write to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your package back to us. Please provide the following in your e-mail:
- Order no.
- Description of the damage/defect
- Detailed pictures of the damage/defect
In case of errors or defects, AYTM will of course cover the return shipping costs.
8. Law & venue
All purchases on AYTMs webshop are subject to Danish law and the competent court is Aarhus City Court.

In order for you to conclude an agreement with us and to shop at aytmdesign.com, we need following information about you:
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. We process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be available to other companies or be able to be linked to other external registers. 10. Product compliance & suitbility
We recommend that the buyer do not rely solely on the information presented on AYTM’s website (www.aytmdesign.com) as we may change the content of this site at any time.
Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use. AYTM cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result from using the site or for the lack of access to the website.
