International copyright and trademark laws protect all product designs, product names and content included on our Website. AYTM design grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of our Website and and not to download, except where used for promoting purposes of our brand, nor to duplicate, sell or modify, any portion of our Website without express written authorisation from the Service Provider. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to our Website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
 

Product compliance & suitability 

We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use. Products from AYTM comply with Danish law and EU legislation. Besides from textiles, products in general comply with US law as well. Outside the EU, however, AYTM does not guarantee and is not liable for compliance or suitability of products with customer’s national laws. As the importer of the products, it is the customer’s responsibility to assess the products against all applicable laws to be sure that the use involving the products complies with applicable national law before marketing of the products.
